
Speed, Agility, and Conditioning Programs
Focus and Determination
Our speed and agility programs complement and improve the performance of all sports. The workouts improve acceleration, deceleration, foot speed, quickness, and change of direction.
Each session lasts 1.15 hours. Athletes will start off with a running exercise followed by a series of dynamic stretches. After their running and stretching exercise they will start their training program.

VertiMax Position Specific Training
Be Limitless
Limitless Sports Academy is proud to offer some of the best VertiMax position-specific training in the area. Our goal is to create a dynamic sports atmosphere that permeates with energy and strengthens a love for the game.
Maximum 3 Athletes Per Session
(all athletes must play the same position)
Sessions are 1 hour and 15 minutes

VertiMax Speed & Agility Group Training
Exert a maximal amount of force in the shortest possible time interval. Developing explosive power or conditioning an athlete to generate more force in shorter time intervals is exactly what the LSA VertiMax Training Program is designed to do. Regardless of the sport, VertiMax elevates an athlete’s ability to generate force faster to create a more competitive athlete at any level.
